Larry Haber is the Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel and founder of Colgate Real Estate Advisors LLC. In addition to maintaining a law practice for over 20 years, Larry H. Haber has been both an owner, founding partner, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, broker and asset manager for fully integrated commercial real estate firms specializing in the development, ownership, management and leasing of commercial and high-rise residential properties in the metropolitan area. On the legal side of the table, Larry’s primary focus has been (a) the review, preparation, restructuring, negotiation and analysis of leases and agreements ancillary thereto and (b) commercial and residential real estate transactions, including tenant and landlord representation. On the business side, Larry has also actively participated in the leasing, repositioning, restructuring, acquisition, disposition, due diligence, renovation and management of real estate portfolios in which he had an ownership interest in addition to doing so for third parties.
